Who We Are

We are a team of consultants who work with individuals and whole organisation to help them be better in who they are and what they do.

The core of our moral purpose is EMPOWERING PEOPLE. ADVANCING ORGANISATIONS.

This means we work in partnership with our clients but always put them in the driver’s seat, on projects that enrich the lives of individuals and whole organisations while also having positive impacts on the communities they service.

Our services fall into two main categories:

Professional development for individuals, teams or whole organisations focusing on various aspects that enhance who and how they are in the workplace (programs, coaching, conference presentations, self-assessment tools).
Strategic consultation determining future directions of organisations at various scales by facilitating processes of forensic reflection, constructive thinking and rigorous dialogue (reviews, strategic plans, organisational culture).
